How do I place an order?

  • Phone - We have live customer service representatives who can take your order over the phone. Call 800.922.9965 during business hours, which are Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM 6:00 PM CST.

What is the CEV return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the ship date for VHS and DVDs. No returns will be accepted past 30 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. CD-ROM returns must be approved by CEV before returning. The customer is responsible for shipping costs required to return materials. Returned materials lost in shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns remain at the discretion of CEV.

How do I renew/extend my trial period?

The PowerPoint presentations are in a movie format, is this similar to the presentation in the actual product?

The purchased course materials contain Flash based PowerPoint presentations as well as actual PowerPoint files that can be opened and modified in PowerPoint.

Can I purchase the individual lessons?

How do I reset my password in the event that it is forgotten?

What if I do not see my state in the “Curriculum Correlation” list?

If your state is not listed, this indicates we have not correlated to your state standards or during our research of state standards, we were unable to find. If you would like us to correlate our Pathways to your state standards please contact Customer Service (1-800-922-9965) and as to speak with someone in Brand Management.
